Return and Cancellation policy: FAQ
Returns
For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: Custom orders are not eligible for return.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation must be filed within 7 days of ordering the product. Custom orders are not eligible for cancellation. We reserve the right to change this policy on a case by case basis.
