Notification of shipping confirmation
G3Survival will notify you of shipping confirmation and send you your tracking number the day of shipping, this is typically 14 days after ordering.
Customs, duties, and taxes
G3Survival is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
G3Survival is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Return Policy
For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: Custom orders are not eligible for return.
